Refund Policy

 Cancellation Policy 

Due to limited availability, We request that you cancel within 3 business days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. 
Any cancelations less than 3 business days prior to the class, will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. 

Please note, all class tickets are non-refundable. You will receive credit for the amount paid for the class to be used within 12 months from the date of the original class. This credit can be used toward an in-person or online class. If you cancel past the 3 business day mark, you will lose full payment/credit for the class. 

 

All tickets are non-refundable. Following cases included:

Unexpected disease, illness, or injury; government obligations like jury duty, court appearances or military duties; travel advisories or other government guidance (that fall short of a travel ban or prohibition); cancellation or rescheduling of the event; Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies,  transportation disruptions like road closures,  flight, train, bus and ferry delays or cancellations. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events.  Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location.

Note – purchases are not transferable through Christo Academy.
